Peter Kiko, Sr.
Peter is a third-generation member of the KIKO family and has been with the company full-time since 1985. Licensed as an auctioneer and real estate agent, he is actively involved in multiple professional organizations and holds the A.A.R.E. designation. He and his wife Joni live on a 187-acre farm near Dalton, Ohio, where they raise grass-fed Black Angus cattle and enjoy flying their vintage airplane. Peter values family, hard work, and a positive mindset. He’s known for being energetic, creative, and committed to helping clients successfully convert assets into cash.

Kristen Kiko
Kristen Kiko is a full-time Realtor and 4th-generation Auctioneer based in Wayne County, Ohio. Since 2016, she has specialized in luxury homes, mini farms, and land across Northeast Ohio. A Dalton High and Walsh University graduate, Kristen lives in Dalton with her husband and two children. She enjoys farm life, community involvement, and family camping trips. Kristen is active in local chambers and professional real estate and auctioneer associations.

Pete Kiko, Jr.
Pete is a 4th-generation Realtor and Auctioneer with KIKO, specializing in agricultural and recreational properties in Wayne County. As an asset advisor, he’s dedicated to guiding clients through life transitions—whether buying their first home, planning for retirement, or managing a family estate.
Pete is actively involved in his local community and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.

Jacob Whitacre
Jake is a 4th-generation Realtor and Auctioneer with KIKO, raised in Wayne County and a Dalton High graduate. After studying at the National Aviation Academy, he returned home to manage his family’s grass-fed beef farm.
Jake turned his lifelong passion for real estate and equipment into a career by earning his licenses in both fields. He lives in a renovated century farmhouse in Dalton with his wife, Paige, and their four children. Outdoorsy and family-focused, Jake brings hands-on experience and strong motivation to help clients achieve their goals.

Andrew Rehm
Andrew Rehm, a licensed Auctioneer with KIKO, has been attending auctions with his father for years. After graduating from Orrville High School in 2020, Andrew decided to pursue his passion and focus on a career in the auction industry.
He is a resident of Wayne County and currently specializes in selling farm equipment. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and working on his family’s farm, Rehm Farms.

Scott Kiko
Scott Kiko is the first fifth-generation family member to join the KIKO team. He is a resident of Wayne County and is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association.
Scott is the son of Pete Kiko Jr.; grandson of Pete Kiko Sr.; and nephew of Jake Whitacre, and he enjoys working with and learning from them daily. He is passionate about helping clients explore their options, and educating them on how KIKO Realtors, Auctioneers, and Advisors can guide them through the buying and selling process.
Outside of work, he enjoys attending Grace Church, playing sports, spending time outdoors, and helping on his family farm.

Jarod Limbach
Born and raised in Wayne County, Jarod was active in 4H and working on his family farm. He graduated from Dalton High School in 2018 and earned a bachelor’s degree in AgBusiness from The Ohio State University in 2022.
Jarod specializes in selling agricultural equipment and firearms. When not worked, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, helping on his family farm and competing in cowboy mounted shooting.

Ryan Yoder
Ryan Yoder is a licensed Auctioneer and Realtor with KIKO, specializing in residential, agricultural, and recreational real estate, as well as vehicles, equipment, and livestock. Licensed in both Ohio and Pennsylvania since 2006, Ryan is passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and transition through life’s changes.
He’s a member of multiple auctioneer and realtor associations and lives in Sugarcreek with his wife and two daughters. Ryan is active in the community and enjoys the outdoors with his family.

Lana Shelley
Lana Shelley is a full time Realtor with KIKO and a member of the Wayne County team. A 4th generation member of the Kiko family, Lana is a Dalton High Alumni and a John Carroll graduate. She lives in Dalton with her husband and 3 daughters.

Joseph Yoder
Joseph Yoder is a licensed Auctioneer and Realtor with KIKO, specializing in the sale of farms, equipment, and personal property. He earned his auctioneer license in 2020 and his real estate license in 2026, and is committed to serving clients with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Joseph proudly works with clients throughout Coshocton and Holmes Counties and embodies KIKO’s core values of integrity, caring, and collaboration. He lives in Fresno with his wife and six children.

Jerry is the newest auctioneer to join our Kiko team. A dedicated farmer, Jerry understands the value of hard work, long days, and doing things the right way. He lives in Wilmot, Ohio, with his wife and six children, and brings that same strong family foundation and work ethic into everything he does. Known for his infectious smile and easygoing personality, Jerry is someone clients naturally feel comfortable talking to. We’re excited to have him on our team and look forward to the energy, integrity, and commitment he brings to every auction.
